Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 2026-09-18
These terms govern your use of the Daili Android app
(com.gabrielepmattia.ilias), provided by Gabriele Proietti Mattia. Installing or using
the app means you accept them; if you do not, do not install it — and uninstall it if you
already have.
This page is a translation of the Italian version, which is the one that governs.
What Daili is
Daili is an unofficial client for your account at a mobile carrier — Iliad today, Spusu on the way. It connects to the carrier’s own site with your credentials and shows you usage, thresholds, active options and voicemail. It is not authorised, affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any carrier, and every trademark mentioned belongs to its own owner.
Licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on your own devices. You may not copy, modify, decompile, resell or redistribute it, or remove the attribution notices it carries.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. It is a personal project, not a commercial product with a support obligation.
It depends on the carrier’s own site, and that is a real limit
Daili works by reading the pages the carrier’s own site shows you. If the carrier changes its site, moves a page or changes how it authenticates users, some of Daili’s features can stop working until the app is updated to match — which Gabriele Proietti Mattia tries to do quickly, without being able to promise it. The carrier, as the owner of the service the app reads from, may also ask for the app to be removed from a store because of its unofficial nature; in that case a Daili Pro purchase already made is not refunded by Gabriele Proietti Mattia for that reason alone, without prejudice to whatever rights you have towards the store you bought it from.
Daili cannot top up your line, take a payment or perform any operation that needs sensitive data such as a card number — it never will, precisely because it is an unofficial app.
Your credentials
You are responsible for keeping your phone and your access to the app secure. If you choose to save your account’s credentials, the app encrypts them on the device with a key managed by Android — but anyone with access to an unlocked phone has access to whatever the app can reach. We do not recommend jailbreaking or rooting your phone: it can weaken the system’s own protections and mean Daili does not work properly, or at all.
What is outside anyone’s control
- The carrier’s own service. The availability, correctness and shape of the data the carrier’s site shows do not depend on Gabriele Proietti Mattia, who relies on that site for what the app shows you.
- Your connection. Some features need an active internet connection, Wi-Fi or mobile data; using the app outside a Wi-Fi network still leaves the terms of your agreement with your carrier in force, including any network or roaming data charges.
- Your phone’s operating system. Which Android versions are supported can change over time; you may need to update the app to keep using it.
The Pro purchase
Daili Pro is a one-time in-app purchase, handled by Google Play Billing: it unlocks options management, voicemail, widgets, renewal notifications, dark theme and support for several profiles. Price, currency and tax are shown by the store at the moment of purchase. Whatever is free already stays free for those already using it.
Refunds. Within a few hours of buying you can ask Google Play for a refund yourself.
Past that, and within 30 days of the purchase, write to
apps@gpm.name with the reason and the order
id (shaped like GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX, in Google Play’s confirmation email): without
it the transaction cannot be identified.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app unlawfully, and do not use it to access an account or a line that is not yours or that you are not authorised to manage.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Gabriele Proietti Mattia is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from using the app, including inaccuracies in the data shown because the carrier’s site changed. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for wilful misconduct or gross negligence. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory statutory rights of the law of your country of residence, which these terms do not limit.
Availability and changes
The app may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time. These terms may be updated; the version in force always lives on this page, with the date below. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and may bring proceedings in the courts there.
